I. Agreement Confirmation
This Agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and our company (hereinafter referred to as "We") for the use of the registration services provided by us. Please carefully read this Agreement before registering. By clicking "Agree," you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
一、协议确认
本协议由您（以下简称“用户”）与我方公司（以下简称“我们”）就使用我们提供的注册服务而订立。请您在注册前认真阅读本协议。您点击“同意”即表示已充分理解并接受本协议的全部条款。
II. User Account and Password
The User shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration and shall properly keep the account and password.
The User shall not transfer, rent, or lend the account to others for use. The User is responsible for all activities conducted under the account.
二、用户账号与密码
用户注册时应提供真实、准确、完整的个人信息，并妥善保管账号和密码。
用户不得将账号转让、出租或出借给他人使用。用户应对其账号项下发生的一切活动承担责任。
III. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to use the services provided by us in accordance with this Agreement.
The User shall comply with national laws and regulations and shall not use the services provided by us for illegal activities.
The User shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of others and shall not publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, and other legal rights and interests of others.
三、用户权利与义务
用户有权按照本协议约定使用我们提供的服务。
用户应遵守国家法律法规，不得利用我们提供的服务从事违法活动。
用户应尊重他人的合法权益，不得发布侵犯他人知识产权、名誉权及其他合法权益的内容。
IV. Privacy Protection
We will strictly protect the User's privacy and will not disclose the User's personal information.
The data generated by the User during the use of the services belongs to the User. We will only use the User's data when necessary to provide services, maintain system security, etc.
四、隐私保护
我们将严格保护用户隐私，不会泄露用户的个人信息。
用户在使用服务过程中产生的数据归用户所有。我们仅会在提供服务、维护系统安全等必要情形下使用用户数据。
V. Agreement Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement based on business development needs. The modified Agreement will be announced on the platform, and continued use of the services by the User constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
The User has the right to cancel the account at any time. Upon cancellation, the User's account and related data will be deleted.
If the User violates this Agreement, we have the right to terminate the services provided to the User and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
五、协议变更与终止
我们有权根据业务发展需要修改本协议。修改后的协议将在平台公布，用户继续使用服务即视为接受修改后的协议。
用户有权随时注销账号。账号注销后，用户账号及相关数据将被删除。
如用户违反本协议，我们有权终止向用户提供服务，并保留追究法律责任的权利。
VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
In the event of a dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall seek to resolve it amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it may be brought before the competent people's court of our jurisdiction.
六、适用法律与争议解决
本协议的订立、履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。
因履行本协议发生争议的，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可以向我方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
This Agreement shall come into effect from the date the User clicks "Agree" and shall be legally binding on both parties.
本协议自用户点击“同意”之日起生效，并对双方具有法律约束力。
