You have the right to cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, we will cease to collect and use your personal information.

五、协议修改与终止

我们有权根据业务发展需要修改本协议。修改后的协议将在平台发布；如您继续使用我们的服务，即视为您同意修改后的协议。

您有权随时注销账号。账号注销后，我们将停止收集和使用您的个人信息。

VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The establishment, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If a dispute arises from this Agreement, both parties shall resolve it through friendly consultation; if the consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over us.

六、适用法律与争议解决

本协议的成立、履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。

如因本协议产生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任一方可向我方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
